Vonnell is a wealth manager and finance professional who has worked with capital markets and client advisory in a range spanning three continents. This, in addition to Vonnell’s deep understanding of valuation, project and investment analysis is what continuously drives VIM Wealth Management forward.
He has been interviewed by Bloomberg, and beyond being a fiduciary, Vonnell’s innate drive is to always think of the client first, transparency and the client’s best interest. This, in addition to Vonnell’s passion for Behavioral Financial Advice, gives clients an edge.

Marco provides customized financial advice to his clients, to expand their choices and knowledge while saving them time and money. He provides insightful advice on investments, retirement plan, insurance protection, and business strategy. He works with National and International (especially Italians) clients, business owners and executives at consulting, financial, architecture, logistics, hospitality, and startup companies. A graduate of University “La Sapienza”, Rome, Italy with a B.S. in Business Economics and his Master’s in Communication and MBA.
He enjoys traveling, biking, cooking, photography, art, and reading, he also volunteers with children in foster care. He resides in Miami Beach, Florida.

With 20+ years of international leadership, she drives operational excellence, fostering innovation. Renowned for her multilingual proficiency, Tamara bridges cultural gaps, empowering teams to thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape.
Jessica Gil
BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Jessica joined VIM Wealth Management as an Executive Assistant shortly after graduating from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
She has extensive work experiences with senior leaders across different industries in companies such as Amazon, Marriott, among others. The sphere of international business affairs has always captured her attention and she sees herself in this field long-term. Jessica currently resides in Miami, which serves as an advantageous midpoint between her two homes, Boston and Medellin.
Luke Furman

Luke Furman, originally from Massachusetts, is a top-performing Finance major at the University of Miami. His high academic standing is reflected in his placement on the President’s Honor Roll and membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the renowned international business honor society.
Further exemplifying his caliber, Luke is also part of the Order of Omega society, a testament to his leadership on campus. His enduring passion for finance and investment is not just academic—he is actively working towards securing his Series 65 license. This passion drives his commitment to understanding and shaping the financial landscape.
